VO2 Introduces Innovative Audiovisual Experience to The Al Ain Fitness Industry
VO2 gym, located in Alain club AlQatara, is a unique Al Ain boutique fitness studio. Not only does the studio offer shape, ride, stretch and lift classes but also delivers them in a one-of-a-kind immersive style. VO2 partnered with Procom to bring this unique concept to life with its full audiovisual setting, including audio, lighting and effects.
In order to deliver the high-end class experience, the studio was equipped with a sound system from Das Audio which was the ideal system of choice. The system included 4 x Q-43-T passive speakers, paired with 2 x Q-10 ultra-compact subwoofers for exceptional music reproduction. The changing rooms were covered with 7 x CL-8-T 2-way passive ceiling loudspeakers.
The system was powered with PA-500, PA-900 and PA-1500 stereo amplifiers. Venue audio control was integrated using Symetrix Jupiter 4 digital signal processor and ARC-2E menu-driven remote.
To create a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere, Cyclops PixiBar 48-IS were installed on the ceiling along with a selection of XL18 LED Pars, MD1 moving heads with 360° continuous fast pan and tilt movement, Xl54UV LED Pars and a FR40W super compact LED Fresnel for instructor light.
An Antari HZ-350 haze machine for atmospheric effect.
The complete lighting system was controlled through both a Madrix 5 key entry along with 1 x Luna 8 and T2 from Avolites.
These systems were set up and programmed as both Cycling and CrossFit within the same studio. Procom programmed the studio to operate as 2 separate rooms or as one combined room. The overall result was one that delivered a high-impact, unique workout experience in the heart of Al Ain.
