Dubai, June 2023 – Resources Stage Technologies, one of the leading event production companies based in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, has recently acquired over 250 meters of MTS “Monster Truss” by Eurotruss.
Eurotruss’s MTS system is one of the highest load bearing aluminum truss systems in the entertainment industry. It features unique capabilities with an incredible distributed load of 14,500kg on a free span of 30 meters, and a maximum span of 64 meters (based on the Eurocode 9) making it the truss of choice for long spans with large loads. The truss’s sleek appearance, lightweight, and easy assembly, also make it a visually appealing and efficient choice for event setup and breakdown for Resources Stage Technologies.
In this industry, Monster is a positive term. It implies strength, reliability, and solidity. The Monster Truss carries all these qualities, and that is why it has become one of the greatest assets in RST’s inventory. In 2021, after years of confinement, they unleashed their creativity and energy into the Riyadh Season and built a massive setup that welcomed countless artists, but it was no match for their imagination.

The load and span specifications that Eurotruss worked on are a major leap forward in the field, especially in the Gulf.” The weather can be unpredictable, with sudden gusts of wind or heavy rain, and the MTS allows RST to install sturdy roofs to protect their fixtures. RST has always been about new technologies, breaking boundaries, and setting higher standards. They strive for the best, and the MTS is exactly that.

It involves creating something new every time, witnessing your creation come to life, hearing the applause from the audience, and ensuring client satisfaction. Honestly, when we acquire new equipment, it feels like being a kid buying new toys. We have this running joke at RST, where we say ‘bought a new toy today.’ The MTS is our newest acquisition, and I’ve yet to play with it. I can’t wait to show you what we have planned for it in the future,” said Robin, CEO of Resources Stage Technologies.
