Sucre selects K-array as its Sound Solution of Choice
Sucre, the well-known Latin-American restaurant hosted by Chef Fernando Trocca, landed in Dubai, DIFC. Featuring live DJs and music entertainment, the venue required a diversified audio installation to cater for the day to night transition.
K-array’s Python-KP52 and Kobra-KK52 passive speakers were selected for their unique performance-to-size ratio. In addition the KA34 amplifiers from the Kommander line were installed and the Q10 ultra-compact subwoofers were used to provide excellent music reproduction at lower frequencies.
The system was integrated through Symetrix Prism 4×4 along with the Control server allowing for the seamless control of the complete venue’s sound system via wireless control. the Symetrix Arc2E was also incorporated into the system as a secondary control. The DJ booths were connected to the system over Dante using Blustream DA11Au and DA11D Dante devices.
